Egg Tortilla


Ingredients

Tortilla – 6
Onion - ¼ cup, chopped
Tomato – ¼ cup, chopped
Broccoli- ¼ cup, chopped
Red Pepper – ¼ cup
Green Pepper – ¼ cup
Carrot – ¼ cup, grated
Parmesan cheese – 1/4cup, shredded
Egg – 3
Cilantro – 1tsp, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Pepper – 1 tsp
Oil – 1tsp

Preparation

Beat Eggs and mix all vegetables. Add salt & pepper. Make omelet and keep it aside. Add little oil in a hot tawa  and place a tortilla. Spread cheese over the tortilla. Keep omelet over the cheese. Cover with another tortilla and flip over. Cook until the cheese is melted. Cut into half and serve.

Note
  
This is a good kid’s meal. Add cheese and vegetables of your choice.
