Ingredients
Raw Plantain – 2 length-wise & cut into thick pieces
Jaggery Syrup – ½ cup
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Dry ginger powder – ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Rice Powder – 2 tbsp
Water – ¼ cup
Oil - for fying
Preparation
In a heated frying pan, add oil. Fry plantain till they are crispy.
To make jaggery syrup, boil jaggery and water in a pan. Jaggery must have some impurities. So remove jaggery syrup from heat and filter them and reheat again. Boil till to get a thick consistency. Switch off flame; add fried plantain and rice flour. Mix well. Transfer to a plate to cools down.
