Red Fish Curry




Ingredients

Fish – 6 pieces,cut in 1 inch size
Onion – ¼ cup
Tomato Sliced – 1 no
Red Chili Powder-2tsp
Fish Masala-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Grounded Pepper-1/2tsp                                         
Fenugreek(uluva)-1/4tsp
Ginger – 1tsp,chopped
Garlic – 1tsp,chopped
Kudampuli(Gambooge)- 1 piece
Drumstick-4 pieces
Tomato-1
Curry Leaves
Oil-1tbsp
Salt-to taste
   
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet,add fenugreek.When it light brown,add onion,ginger and garlic and turmeric.Add Spicy masalas:chili powder,fish masala and pepper powder.Add 1 cup of water.When it gets boiled,add kudampuli,fish ,drumstick and salt.Close with lid and cook for 20 minutes in medium heat.Add sliced tomato and cook with lid on for another 5 minutes.Add curry leaves finally.
