Ingredients
Egg – 3,hard boiled,halved vertically
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2tsp
Fennel Seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Onion – 1,sliced
Green Chilies - 2,slit
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Oil-2tbsp
Salt-to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a skillet,add mustard seeds to get spluttered. Add sliced onion and green chillies.Fry for 2 minutes.Meantime grind coconut with turmeric,funnel seeds and ginger-garlic paste and 1tbsp of water.Add grind coconut mix to sauted onion and add half a cup of water.When it boils,add boiled egg and curry leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
